Techniques include detailed instructions on:
- Lunge variations (Dragon, tactical, clockwork, etc)
- Modified burpees
- Deadlift variations
- Press variations
After learning the techniques using light kettlebells, students will go through a circuit with weight appropriate kettlebell.
40-60 minutes will be spent learning the new techniques
40-60 minutes will be spent on stretching and doing a kettlebell circuit.
Total workshop will be 80-120 minutes.
