Classes & Workshops
Classes are 40-60 minutes long and are composed of kettlebell, plyometric, and isometric exercises. Most classes are High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes; an active interval of 1 or more minutes, followed by a shorter rest interval. Please contact us for class schedules.
Introductory Kettlebells Workshop

Techniques include detailed instructions on:
- Front Squat
Along with some plyometric and isometric exercises.
40-60 minutes will be spent learning the new techniques
40-60 minutes will be spent on stretching and doing a kettlebell circuit.
Total workshop will be 80-120 minutes.
